Located in the heart of San Carlos, Pranzi was established in late 2015 with a passion for bringing authentic Northern Italian flavors and fresh ideas to every plate. 

Today, the restaurant is proudly owned and operated by partners Sedri Gundogdu and Gokhan Demirtas, affectionately known to our guests and friends as “G.”

Over the years, Pranzi has grown and evolved, but our commitment to quality, flavor, and genuine hospitality has remained unchanged. Our culinary team uses fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare a diverse selection of traditional Italian favorites and contemporary creations.
